Riva Impresa Restauri Italia SRL was founded by the people of Lago Maggiore, from that "lean shore" so well described in Piero Chiara's books, during the post-war era of the First World War.
With Innocente Riva lies the roots of the company that worked for the most important theater in the world that still receives our care: Teatro Alla Scala.
Since 1986 the Management has changed to Enzo Medardo Costantini, who took the company throughout Europe and consolidated its role as a national guide in restoration, also obtaining prestigious positions such as that of president of the Restoration Commission for the States General of Italian Heritage.
Riva works in the field of preserving restoration of buildings under the protection of the Archaeological Superintendence of Fine Arts and Landscape all over the national territory at high levels of excellence, with the aim of preserving and enhancing the built heritage, in its tangible and intangible values, for its transmission to future generations.
Riva's scientific approach is distinguished by interventions carried out with careful etiopathogenesis and accurate diagnostic investigations aimed at defining the most suitable modus operandi; it also makes use of latest technologies, as demonstrated by the examples of the Portale del Seminario Maggiore or Casa Omenoni, in Milan, where sophisticated laser systems have been used.
The services we offer aim to achieve the full satisfaction of our customers, without ever clashing with our ethics of protection.
Riva gives our children the thought of a past converted into matter.
